Its 6 bedrooms, its sleeping area and its 4 bathrooms and toilets offer you great comfort.

A large living room facing the fireplace welcomes you in complete privacy.
There is room for everyone!!! Winter and summer, this living room offers you a large space of softness.
Its multitudes of cushions and plaids will accompany you during your naps...
A large screen connected to wifi, installed just above the fireplace will delight young and old for cinema moments.
The living room will be your privileged space to meet up with family or friends, under the sign of sharing.
AT TABLE...
A beautiful table of 4 meters made by us, welcomes you for your breakfasts, lunches or dinners with family or friends.
Depending on the configuration, it can accommodate up to 16 people.
Depending on the desire or the season, we decide to sit down inside or outside for a plancha, a brazier, on the vast shaded terrace.
Nothing like meal time to get together and share good times...
THE KITCHEN
A large spacious kitchen awaits you, nothing is missing… it is fully equipped.
A beautiful piano with 5 gas burners, 3 ovens and a grill, all in stainless steel with integrated lighting, dishwasher, microwave, large capacity fridge and freezer with cold water and ice dispenser, toaster and Smeg kettle, espresso coffee machine, juice extractor, SodaStream...
This beautiful kitchen and its modern equipment will give you the pleasure of concocting good meals with family or friends.
UPSTAIRS
RELAXATION AREA
Under a magnificent traditional framework in Landes pine, find a beautiful space of 150 m2 with 6 large skylights, a large bay window with balcony, overlooking the forest and the rivers.
Wifi is present throughout the house.
Portable enclosure, various board games
Home cinema : Its very large TV of more than 2 meters and its large sofas with its multitudes of cushions make it a very cocooning place for relaxation but also for any meeting, this place also allows you to work.
Bar : A pretty wooden bar with a fridge and a few stools will certainly make you want to share a friendly moment upstairs.
Office : There are three offices upstairs, one of which is equipped with a printer.
Each of the offices has a view of the forest and the river.
